My clutch went out in May and Ford tech told that this would happen with my car due to the year make and model. I started having issues with my clutch again but because they could not duplicate the problem when it was there they refused to replace it. The part is under warranty. They trying to wait for the warranty to run out so I have to pay for it. I filed a claim with customer service and its been a week and still no call from Ford. Everyone in in a “ meeting”🤷♀️

Appointments are extremely hard to get, you can never get a service rep on the phone and they never call back! It is almost impossible to conduct a service visit and get work done on your car. Too little staff??

I had a oil change scheduled today. I was promptly greeted and checked in by Kassidy Griffin. She asked if I had any questions/concerns regarding my Mustang GT. She kept me informed on the service status of my vehicle. I was back on the road timely. I would recommend World Ford for oil change/ car maintenance to keep your Ford running smooth. 👍

Dissapointed to find the only employees wearing masks were the service reps at the kiosks outside. Inside you could find managers, reception and sales people all without masks. And that's really just ok but I asked that anyone getting in my vehicle would be wearing a mask. That was not honored. Not very smart on Ford's part.
