Your service Dept. It should NEVER take 2-2.5 hrs to change oil and they didn’t even have to rotate tires.

Worst service ever. One week after spending 7500.00 to get my vehicle fixed, it cost me another 21,000 to have my vehicle fixed properly. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. My vehicle is a diesel — therefore the cost is much more. One week folks and I was stranded in Florida after spending 7500 dollars to “fix” an overheating issue—then engine blew.
Great service...Goes the Extra mile..Making customer happy.

Was told one thing over the phone by someone named Veronica when I was trying to buy a preowned vehicle then told something completely different at the end of the day and completely wasting my time. With that said “I have nothing bad to say about the service team at world Ford. Communication and work was on point. “
Mrs. Judy Was very professional keep me updated on everything that was going on with the vehicle got me a rental and my car got fixed even though they kept it for about a month they was professional and a got it done with my warranty thank you Mrs Judy For your good work.
