Your service department is hurting you very badly. It's very apparent that you have a management problem within your service department they do not have the ability to control or flow the maintenance in a proper way .
I had an issue with being told incorrect information about my extended warranty. I tried to contact the assistant service manager, the service manager and even the general manager, none of the three could be bothered to return my calls or my emails. That makes me believe the lies I was told are supported and downward directed by all three. I did my own research and got my service done under warranty. They lost a long-time customer by not even replying.
Needed a battery and oil change plus tire rotation. All services quickly and efficiently within a short time frame
The sales rep was very nice and not pushy. He had a thorough understanding of the truck I ended up purchasing. The finance gentleman was also not pushy and very accommodating. He had a thorough understanding of the extended warranties and explained each. These gentlemen made the purchase easy.
For a great deal on a 2019 F250 Diesel. Professional staff and used car manager. Excellent experience.
They worked with me to make the warranty work work with my schedule and finished in a great time frame.
