When you make an “appointment” it’s only a check in time. This does not mean your vehicle will be serviced at that time or even that day. There is great talk, but the follow through is lacking when it comes to caring for our vehicle.
Blake in service was awesome! He got us taken care of quickly and kept us informed during the process of repair. When we picked our car up there was a new issue, and he got us right back in and taken care of quickly! He was professional, and explained things completely. Thanks Blake!

Went in for an oil change and an update to my software. I just bought the F150 at World Ford, certified pre owned in January. I made an appointment for 10 am. When I got there nobody seemed interested in helping me until a manager asked me if I had been helped and took me to one of the many customer service reps. I asked what the oil change interval was on the truck because I had read it was 10,000 miles or one year. The rep told me 2000-3000 miles.
