RecommendedService was good although cost was $10 more than estimate given when I made the appointment the previous day and even a little higher than the estimate in shop. The advisor was different from who it said I would be seeing. I just happened to pick a busier than usual day but the waiting area was comfortable

we were told shuttle service would be available when we made the appointment. my husband drove over from Crestview only to find no shuttle service. stuck there with no transportation. Hes bought over 10 vehicles there, but el have to rethink your dealership for such poor customer service later this year when he replaces his 2019. Deborah Winstead
Wow!!! I just want give a shout-out to Robin Homer and the rest of the crew in the Used Car Dept at World Ford Pensacola. I arrived at dealership, test drove a Yukon Denali, Traded a Jeep Wrangler, filled out the paperwork, signed the contract and was out of there in about 2 1/2 hours. Great Experience. Thanks to all of you!!!

Danyiel in the service department was a very big help and provided outstanding service! Ditto for salesman Laron Smith for assistance with Ford Pass.
Went to have an oil change and the technician told me I had a coolant and oil leak that needed to be checked out. It was going to cost $100 just to have it diagnosed. I took it to my diesel mechanic and he found nothing wrong. No leaks whatsoever.
The associate that helped me with my oil change was very nice and very pleasant and I didn’t have to wait long everyone is so friendly I will definitely be taking my car back for an oil change Just in Milton was my advisor and he was wonderful
