They should be able to make an appointment for repair of an RV. We shouldn’t need to leave the vehicle there for 1 month with no idea when they’ll get to it. I made an appointment, but when I arrived I was told that I would need to leave the RV there for 3-4 weeks at least. Unacceptable!!

Worst service ever.Would not recommended I have had two occasions were I was mistreated. I wonder if my race had anything to do with it. Do yourself a favor go to another dealer.

I called to schedule my brand new 2020 F250 for service due to a water leak that has a bulletin out that is supposed to fix the problem. I scheduled the appointment days in advance with the service rep, had to take vacation time off of work to take the truck in, and once I get there, the service rep says “it will be two weeks before I can look at it. You’ll have to leave it here and we will get to it when we can.” I said “you’re telling me, I have to leave my truck here for two weeks before you will look at it, even though I... read more
