Worst car buying experience. Bought a camaro and traded in my truck. Camaro just went out of warranty a couple days before and the camaro has a defrost problem, which turns out to be a 2,000$ issue. Plus the car the car they say is clean is not. I had to go through it and pro clean it out.

Made an appointment using FordPass, showed up at apt time &... No apt. on the books! Miranda, service tech, handled it like a pro. Got me in & out in 1.5 hours!

The service department is the worst customer service we have ever had. Well, I showed up for my appointment today and was severely disappointed. The 2 guys that were in the office through the glass doors behind the computers were definitely not interested in customer service at all. The dark haired man that we talked to couldnt even be concerned enough to set up in his chair. He just stayed mostly reclined. Very unprofessional. Took my Ranger in for a recall, radio warranty repair (electronic update), rear window defrost repair and oil change. Service department told me 3 days to accomplish this. Never heard from them. I called twice on day 4 and was told someone would call me with update. Got a call on day 5 that defrost could not be repaired, need to replace entire window. I said no, and when I went in to pick up the truck, I learned they never performed the oil change! My worst service experience from a dealer.
Everyone was friendly. Brought my car in for service. They did a good job overall. My only disappointment is that I specifically asked for my tires to be rotated and according to my service report that I reviewed after I got home, the tire rotation was not done. It wasn’t listed on the report. Hoping i don’t end up with uneven wear on my tires now as i have been very diligent to have the tires rotated at every service. Other than that the experience was good.
