Training for Managers and Services Advisors on how to handle customers . And managers need to oversee the cars as they come out to make sure there not damage . From where in the care of their technicians are working on them .And when there are major problems the Owner of Dealership or the GM manager should try to return your calls when it concerns your vehicle there .World ford has a poor call back across the board. Service has not been the best experience at World Ford .

Really lovely team! Miranda was very helpful and understanding throughout my repair experience. We had trouble catching each other on the phone, so we texted. She helped negotiate flexible prices so I could get my car back on the road. Also, they’ve taken COVID seriously, so dropping off/picking up is entirely outdoors and everyone was wearing masks.
