SERVICE CENTER I had to take my Explorer in for a recall today. Katie Ferrell was my Service Advisor and she absolutely had her “stuff together”. It took her about five minutes to check me in and told me she would call in a couple of hours and that she did!! If I were giving stars, I would def give her *️⃣*️⃣*️⃣*️⃣*️⃣!! Sharon Blanton
They do good job making sure your advised of everything that they are doing to your vehicle and seeking your approval before fixing the issues.
I came in for basic oil change at 8 am 2.5 hours later got vehicle back. WTF. Waste of morning here
