Kelley, my service provider, was wonderful. I had my baby grandson with me and she went the extra mile to help me. I appreciated her helpful and friendly attitude.
We did not purchase a car from here due to the used car department not have what we were looking for. However, the salesman Earl was pleasant and friendly to work with. The other staff present was equally as pleasant. If they had the vehicle we were in the market for, we would have without a doubt purchased from Earl Locke.

Service! Ripping us off by asking us to bring a car running fine except for the recall with a shudder in transmission, THEN pick it up with a broke transmission!! They have inexperienced techs and just tell us they cant help us after the service adviser already admitted he didn't know wat he was doing, and bring back for repair second day and Again get down the road and transmission won't go in reverse and they REFUSED to fix it. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!

there finance officer could be more upfront with the buyer on all the papers he has you sign. I wasn"t paying attention and signed a paper for paint protection which was never discussed called resistall ng2 which is a rip off cause it had already been payed for by the original buyer how many times can they make money on this paint protection which cost me over a $1,000. so they got the grand out of me this time but when i go to trade this vehicle in it will not be at Pensacola Ford so i have to look at it as they lost 3-5000... read more
I made a trip up to the pre-owned lot today to take a look at a Mustang I saw on the website. I did not make an appointment, however, when I arrived, there were at least two salesmen inside just standing there looking out of the windows. I made an entire lap around the pre-owned building and not even one person so much as said hello to me. I guess I look too young to be purchasing a vehicle?
