Quick courteous and efficient...accommodated my schedule... service I had never seen in a dealership
EXTREMELY disappointed. We had a 1030 apt time. After 5 hrs of waiting our car still had not been looked at. I will NEVER use or recommend them to anyone. No point of making an appointment. The service attendant also lied to me. I called twice for an update, no one called me back. When I walked in 5 hrs later, he said “Oh i called and left a message about 10m ago”. That was a lie. Justin Milton was pretty incredible. Very nice & respectful. Would love to come back & see him.
I still recommend them but it is ridiculous that the center console latch broke after the third or fourth use in my new f150 and they want $250 to fix it because it is not covered in fords 30k bumper to bumper warranty. The sales man told me that everything and anything was covered the first 30k miles. It’s not and they should be more clear on that. That is ridiculous that they won’t cover it
Kelly is very knowledgeable and super nice and courteous.
We were traveling from Arkansas to Navarre and realized we needed an oil change. Drove into world Ford in Pensacola and they treated us like long time customers. Our service advisor was great. We would highly recommend World Ford!!!
