People are so fabulous and very helpful very informative on telling me what they are going to do! Also told me about how long I would have to wait and they were right on! Very nice waiting area, with courtesy snacks and coffee! So it ended up being a very pleasant t experience😁🏽

Went in for Ford Escape recall . Jason was fantastic. Recall was done in timely manner. Big problem was getting the appointment. That took 6 months. Persons making appointments had no idea what I was talking about. Finally they contacted Brandy at dealership. She called and was rather snippy. She told me others had no problem getting appointment. Obviously, communication problem with World Ford. Perhaps more customer service training needed???!
Very friendly staff, reasonable prices, clean service area and waiting room. I love how they throughly explain any work that is being done and what may be needed done down the road.
Friendly helpful staff met me when I arrived (Kelley) and took over from there. She showed me the lounge while the tech took my truck back. They were finished in no time, even sending me a text to let me know. Best experience ever at an auto service facility.
