After purchasing a vehicle out of state, a week later the battery died and had to be replaced at a local dealership. After requesting reimbursement, the response from World Ford, " didn't they offer a military discount?" We were told no because the truck passed a cpo, and to contact the local dealer and ask for a discount instead of World Ford doing the right thing. We are disgusted by the response.
RecommendedHad to take my 2017 Mustang GT in for a CEL. Car was running poorly and throwing all sorts of codes. My service advisor (Jerry Smith) kept me updated throughout the process of his guys working on my car. They had the new motor ordered and put in in a very timely manner! I definitely recommend their technicians and Jerry Smith for any work that is needed on your vehicle!
Another good experience. My service advisor kept me posted, and listened to my concerns. I needed additional work done and there was no sales pressure.

Worst experience ever! The Preowned sales department didn't deliver what they said I was getting. Brian in the service department should be mopping floors because then he would not have to communicate with anyone, he good about that. They need to sit the doors.

How about clear communication and owning up to mistakes? I made an appointment to get my sideview mirror replaced. I get to the service department and they tell me they don't actually have the part and it has to be ordered (which is opposite if what I was told in the phone). instead they tell me i have a recall and they have that part but it would take several hours (which they hadn't had this part for well over a year for this recall).
