RecommendedGood job but 2 1/2 hrs for an oil change is way way too long. Most ford dealers 45 min tops. Need work on time management!

Was in a hurry today and needed my moms Explorer Oil changed, fluid levels checked, tires rotated for a long trip. Was in and out with in an hour. Service was quick, Service Advisor James happy Gilmore was very polite and professional. Thank you world Ford for expediting the service.
