I took my Ford in for it's first oil change, tire rotation and Ford Inspection and was not pleased. Upon arrival my husband and I told them we have a 9:45am appointment for service and that we never received our confirmation text on either phone confirming our appointment like they said we would. I had a couple of bad experiences with a tech adviser and I will never use Shaun again, he did not contact me by phone or email to let me know what was happening with my vehicle.. on my third visit i talked with Kelly and was very pleased with her help and communication, on my fourth visit, Kelly was out and I talked with Jerry and he was also very helpful and kept me updated on my vehicles progress. For Starters it was very easy to use there website and set up my appointment for my oil change and tire rotation on my 2018 F250 6.7. My expectations were to show up on time and be done in 30-45 minutes like any other oil scheduled oil change. That did not happen I showed up on time with my wife and 18 month and talked to a service advisor and he said they will get on it and about 40 minutes later David the service advisor on my confirmation email came to the waiting area not to tell me i was ready to go but to tell me they ... read more
