Recommendedbrought my f150 in for a small recall on a sensor and get an oil change. Everyone was very polite and really helpful. I'm from Montgomery, Al and dont get this type of service there. I definitely recommend.

I was disappointed with World Ford. I'm not sure if it was just the salesman we dealt with but we experienced several issues. He was bombarding us with nonstop calls/texts in the days AFTER we signed our paperwork asking for items still needed "to close the deal", despite telling him several times we were working on it. What really made it frustrating was everytime we spoke with him, it was something else he needed that he had failed to mention. Most unprofessional process I've experienced. This was the 3rd time my car has been in the shop for the same thing the lasted just 4 months ago. If I had never had the transmission work on there before or it was the 1st time I would not have had a problem paying for the things the extended warranty didn’t cover. I feel very strongly about this. Especially because my back ground is in mechanical reliability.
