I was at World Ford yesterday because my tire light got came on. I figured it was just the change in temperature. They took me straight back to check tires and we discovered l had a nail. I then went back to service department to write a ticket for repair where l experienced excellent customer service. Brandy Watts-Wells is the best.l can’t thank her and World Ford enough for excellent customer service and getting me fixed and on my way in about an hour!! Thank you so much!!
Michelle Hamblin is the best service advisor I've had at World Ford. She definately knows her stuff about our vehicles. She is very professional and doesn't try to sell you anything you don't need. She has been a life saver when it comes to warranty repairs. We have purchased 6 sets of tires from World Ford over the past few years and Michelle always gets us the best deal! She makes getting our vehicles serviced at World Ford so much better.
