Worst customer service ever! Service department advisors couldn’t be bothered to look up when we had an emergency issue w/our 2017 (under warranty) F150 while passing through. I asked them to run a diagnostic scan said “I don’t even know if I have my machine”. For of them sat there just going chatting back and forth!
