Kim one of the service advisers there at World Ford is awesome. She got my recall work taken care of for me. Also the Sales Manager there is also a great guy!
Very helpful and courteous . Always complete the job early and they try their best to get the shuttle to get you to work on time and pick you up at your convenience .
Kyle Zbyndiewski rocks! I would highly recommend World Ford (Pensacola) over the other Ford dealerships in the Okaloosa/Walton/Santa Rosa/Escambia counties. Excellent customer service —the whole team —but especially Kelly. My car had to be towed in because of a dead battery and Kelly got it fixed and applied The Works Services within 2 hours on a Friday afternoon. Wow...the most responsive and efficient customer service team I have ever seen! Thank you World Ford!
From the time I made my appointment to the morning I showed up the staff was Outstanding! My Service Representative (Justin) did a fantastic job!! He kept me informed of what was going on with my F-150 during servicing. Great experience, will definitely use World Ford in the future!
