I have been coming to World Ford for “The Works Package” since I bought my truck for oil change and tire rotation. However, I will be going some where else from now on. Today I arrived at 8:05 for my 8:15 appointment and it took 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. In my opinion this is entirely too long for the service provided!

we always get our Ford vehicles serviced at World Ford and in the rare case there is a problem.. it is always resolved.

Dan Blocker and Tommy Woodward we're fantastic. It took us a while to find great customer service here, but after trial and tribulations, we were successful. World Ford has many employees. If you have a bad experience or two, don't give up. They have some really good people who want to help.
My appointment time was at 9am. When I arrived 15 minutes early they informed me that there were about 50 cars ahead of me and it would be around 2 hours. When I told him I had an appointment he said well it customer appreciation day. It still should not have affected my appointment. That’s not showing much appreciation to your customers who make appointments. I am going out of town and need my services done.
