I like the dealership but the oil change time is ridiculous. I got there at 3:50 and checked out at 5:40. That is with an appointment. It always takes too long. The nearby Nissan dealership has an express lane which makes it much better when I take the wife’s car.

I don’t feel that I was treated in a fair manner in being told that I or someone else must have “jacked around” with parts on my vehicle when that never happened. Also to be charged $477 to find out how much they were going to quote me is ridiculous.

My husband and I went in for normal servicing on Nov. 25th. Not only were we told about a recall on the seatbelts, but that our battery cable's had corrosion and they replaced the battery. THAT ladies and gentlemen is why we ALWAYS shop World Ford of Pensacola!!! AWESOME CREW!!
Very poor communication and service from the service department. Will be sure I don’t make the mistake of taking a vehicle there again.
