I have a 2013 F-150. I went in on Tuesday for a 45g Maintenance and oil change which includes all fluids are checked. Mine were ALL marked as passed inspection and were good. Wednesday I start hearing what sounded like a loud fan working overtime in summer comming from my engine. My neighbor takes a quick look thinking he knows what it is and quickly identifies my coolant and wiper fluid are near empty and my wiper fluid cap was left off. Went to World Ford 4 times for the exact same issue... Charged me 4 times over $2000. Instead of properly diagnosing the problem it was like chasing a rabbit down a rabbit hole.

The service technicians are prompt about checking all arrivals. The waiting area is clean and modern. A child play area is provided. Fresh, free coffee and AM pastries are available.
