Tommy was awesome, pulled in and they were able to service me right then and there and did a full inspection on the vehicle...service was awesome, highly recommend!
We just moved here to Pensacola. Florida and received a few recalls on the Ford F-150 and had a few other things I wanted to be checked out on the truck while it was at World Ford. Making an appointment means nothing. Dropped my car off Tue morning and it wasn’t looked at till Wednesday evening. My contact was off Wednesday so heard nothing until I had to call Friday to hear parts had to be ordered but that wouldn’t happen till following Monday. Since the issue was about the door lock I went to pickup my car till the parts came in. Took my car to my mechanic and had the door fixed for half the cost. Had trouble getting a direct answer from someone. The entire time my car was being serviced I had to chase conclusions down. I had to be rescheduled twice because they were so backed up.
Took to long to service my truck. When I asked why, they got it right out and applied. Not only did they not charge me for the service but corrected two other problems that I did not tell them about without charge. The service representative went way above to make sure that I was very happy. I will be back.
I had a very good experience at World Ford. Chris Jones was my salesmen. He is very good and would recommend that you go see him if your in the market for a Ford.
