Military Service Personnel Beware of this dealership! Not only do they take advantage of servicemen they threaten and bully them. Dan Blocker the Assistant Service Manager is a bully. After keeping a truck for 45 days, unable to fix it they responded " they manipulated a fuse pin to get then truck to start. This temporary fix may last or it may only make it down the street" Then he asked for 2K and for the truck to be picked up immediately or he would charge $50 a day. World Ford is amazing, the only place around that I trust to service my vehicle...and there are other options like Ford in Crestview or Gary Smith in FWB. Dan Blocker has always gone above and beyond the normal to make sure I was completely happy.
