My service consultant, Katie, was very hospitable and kept me apprised of my vehicle's progress throughout my appointment. My service technician, Donnie, was very thorough in taking care of my vehicle's maintenance (new tires, alignment, and cabin AC filter). Even though my vehicle is a Chrysler product... :)
