worst service department I have ever encountered! made appointment for a simple oil change, hour and half later I still don't have my car back. I totally recommend avoiding this place for anything!!!!!!

The worst dealership that I have ever have ever seen. I have bought cars in Pensacola, Mobile, Bay Minette and Atlanta. I have never hada bad experience. This awful place broke my chain of luck. We drove over an hour only to get the runaround and the stupid, fat lady called me back to try to do it again.
Quick and efficient service they go out of their way to save you money.

I am from Panama City (my apartment was severely damaged during Hurricane Michael). I loaded up what belongings I could and drove to Pensacola to stay with friends. I was concerned that my car may have been damaged by the storm as well (the transmission on my 2012 Ford Focus was disengaging while I was driving). The service department went above and beyond to help, fixing my car (same day, under warranty).
scheduled my appt to get 45,000 mile service and they performed an oil change and supposedly a multi point inspection. observations stated (Winshield wiper blades in good condition) rear one was actually broken off! Also stated (exterior lamps and turn signals in good condition) Drivers side front turn signal actually burnt out! I asked the man that treated me to have it checked because it was not working!
