Service department smh. Made an appointment to have the radio looked at. Arrived and they said they can’t do it because they need more than an hour. Well then why’d you make me a 4pm appointment? Also in the past had a recall on brake booster. They replaced it and it failed causing all four brakes to lock up and burn up a mile after leaving the dealership. RecommendedNeeded new battery in 2018 truck with less than 2000 miles. My only concern is they should tell the customer at check-in that it will take about 2 hours due to Ford required testing.

World Ford is fast efficient and friendly. I will not take my truck anywhere else. The service department is on top of things. I took my vehicle somewhere else in a pinch and was not happy with their service and work. Long story short...the guys and gals at World Ford fixed the mistake made else where which could have been a nightmare. Thank you World Ford for top notch service!

Service was ok, service writter tried to do my work order and add to someone else work order at same time felt I wasn't being heard. techniction was good seemed to have his act together
