I was searching for a new truck and looked around at all the dealers in town. Terry Wood and the World Ford team helped me find exactly what I was looking for and for a reasonable price. Terry didn't force me into a test drive or even get my phone number on the first visit a few days earlier. I would gladly do business with them again.

My appointment started at 12:15 for a wheel balance and tire rotation for my Ford Escape suv. After about 2 hours they told me that they could balance my wheels and tried 3 times due to flat spots on the tread. I appreciated there honesty and purchased 4 brand new tires which fixed the initial problem of a whine in between 0-20, 20-0 MPH. I finally left around 4:20-4:30 which is a long time to be at a dealership but I feel better having the problem fixed. Thanks
Salesperson Robin is exceptional and the best in her field! She and Bob, mgr used cars, went above and beyond to find the car I wanted at the price I wanted! A few Months after my purchase if I need anything I can still call on them and Robin especially has never let me down! Whatever the need is, they are there for their customers!
