Marco was my salesman and certainly helped ease my "granny-van" anxiety ridden mind and helped me find the perfect and most comfortable fit for our family! I can say I probably was not the easiest customer to deal with because of my high customer service standards and slightly demanding nature. Everyone was very friendly and the shuttle guys iwere funny. The only thing I can say would be they need to have more refreshments in their customer service

Why does it take 2 hours for an oil change on a Monday if you have an appointment? I never got an update during my waiting period, and I had to go outside and inquire about my car for them to tell me it was ready. There was no apology for the wait or explanation of why it took so long when I had an appointment. This was my first experience with the service department at World Ford since buying my car, and it makes me want to drive to the dealership in Daphne where I bought my car to get my car serviced just to avoid this hap... read more

Thank you for taking us in so quickly. We (snowbirds) were in a difficult situation since our truck had to remain in the shop overnight. The shuttle service driver “Mr. Jackson” was nice and very friendly. Brandy (Service department) went above and beyond taking care of us. It was a pleasure dealing with a dealership who helped us out. I highly recommended World Ford!

The the folks at the service desk did a great job. Brandy was excellent. She tried to get me in and out as quickly as possible despite my car needing multiple tasks done. Although I spent all day there anyways, she was very enthusiastic and apologetic about it. It was a busy day for them and they handled it well.
