I was disappointed in the amount of time that I was there. The write up man did come out and apologized for the delay, but that was after several hours of waiting for my vehicle. I had a 11:30 appointment and arrived at 11:15 for a oil change and tire rotation. They also did a recall for seat belt that I knew nothing about until 2 hrs later. Total time out was over 3 hours.
