The service department at World Ford was great! When I got there I thought I was going to leave my car overnight, but when I got there I was informed that the work would be done in an hour. When it was done I asked when I was to return to finish the work and that was when I was told the entire job had been done. What a nice surprise!

Had to have my 2013 Ford F-150 "Door Ajar" wiring harness replaced. Unfortunately, they had to order the part and had to come back the next day. However, they were able to get me in and out within a couple hours. Michelle in service was great keeping me updated on the progress.

service was ok , for some reason half my fuel was.gone . Not sure how 1/2 a tank disappears, but I guess my truck is running ok now.
