Y’all - come on. Three hours for an oil change? Three hours?!! I know you were short staffed, but that’s crazy. I’ve tolerated the hour to hour and a half waits without complaint, before. But this is ridiculous. You should be offering your customers some type of compensation (car wash, discount on current or next service, etc.). Something! I liked going there, but I’m looking for somewhere else now. You are losing customers over this nonsense. After a stop at Hub City in Crestview and seeing they are not the dealership to deal with my husband and I drove on to Pensacola. When getting there we were introduced to an amazing salesman Blake. After 4+ hours of wheeling and dealing he was able to help me get the truck I wanted and in my budget. I absolutely recommend World Ford. I had no problems trading in my F150 for a newer F150. Great service today getting my oil changed...great price too, for "the works" package. Internet was fast, so I was able to get a lot of work done while I waited.

We were given a gift of a free oil change for my husband as a gift for being a wonderful teacher. He went to use it today, and was highly disappointed in the second rate service received. He made an appointment, yet was there for almost 2 hours. He was never talked to or even notified when it was done until he went to ask. We purchased this vehicle from World ford so we were happy to return there. We won’t be again. It’s a shame to be treated this way, they weren’t out any money from us, the voucher was paid for. Sad.

2017 Ford Edge has been brought in twice once for a rear main seal. It was a serious pain to get a rental/ courtesy vehicle. Now it’s back in with a steering problem that arose after the first visit a bolt they say. So you telling me that a bolt wasn’t put back in after the rear main seal? And a lot of door seal noise. This time couldn’t get a Courtney vehicle at all. The Edge was returned fixed but grease on the seat. We have bought 3 new Fords in the last 2 years looks like it will be the last.

They took care of the problem. Did the leg work to verify my extended warranty and picked me up when my truck was ready. I couldn’t ask for anything more.
