Dropped by without an appointment and my 2016 F150 was serviced in an hour while I had free breakfast. The synthetic oil change, tire rotation, filters, break and systems checks with a full detailed report on the condition of all systems. This included a free recall fix. Their mechanic went over this in detail with me. Precision Tune would have charged me more than twice what I was charged. I’ll be back.
World Ford Pensacola was a awesome experience! All the staff were friendly, efficient with my time and made what could have potentially been a bad experience into a good one! Thanks World Ford!!!!

Same great service time after time
Thank you World Ford for your customer appreciation day and servicing my 92 Lincoln Mark VII. The service manager that was working the grill did a fantastic job on the food too😁
I like taking my vehicles to world ford for service. Their lounge area is comfortable. On customer appreciation days you can also eat breakfast or lunch while your waiting. My salesman from 4 years ago Marco, still comes over and greets me when he sees me. They just know how to show they appreciate my business.
