I was very satisfied with the service that I received at World Ford in Pensacola very courteous people willing to go the extra mile to help us out as we had traveled down from Indiana and had no connections down here kudos to Paul the awesome mechanic who found my problem which happened to be electrical , very fast and prompt service got the vehicle as promised

Awesome job today on a quick oil change. The only problem I have is with the call center. They are not on site and have no clue what is going on at World Ford. They tried making me an appt later this week but I just used the express oil change and was in and out in 30 min
Everyone was so nice, helpful and friendly! Robin Homer and David Curtiss was very professional. I went online and was pre-approved before I went in. I live in Alabama and drove all the way to Pensacola for my Mazda CX 5....I’m in love! Would recommend World Ford Pensacola to anyone.
