I've been in three times, and so far I am very pleased with the service department.
What can I say this was the best time I have had at a dealership out of my 5 times buying a new vehicle bought a majority of my vehicles from hub city in crestview but last year when I bought my fiesta the sales manager was terrible and no help luckily the old sales manager from hub move here to world ford and it was smooth easy and pleasant working thru the deal and our sales person like made the buy process easy and fast I am now a proud owner of a 2018 f150 and am loving it nothing but good stuff at this place I highly re... read more
All the people I have dealt with at World Ford have very friendly and helpful. I bought my first Ford F-150 Lariat there. I told the salesman what I was looking for and he got me exactly what I wanted and at the price range I was looking for. I return there for all my service work.
Second visit to service for my 2018 Escape. This wasn’t scheduled because I had an unexpected oil leak. When I called they got my in ASAP. When I got there the service guy took it very seriously and got it in to service. Turns out it was a defective oil filter. They redid the entire oil change (the reason I was there the first time) and had me confidently on my way after checking everything. And...no charge! Courteous, efficient and concerned. I like these people.
They went above and beyond to make sure we got a loan. My husband was in New Zealand working for our government and I was here in town. Their understanding of our unusual situation made it easy for us to buy a vehicle.
I was on a ladies trip to Perdido Key. The ladies and I checked out of our condo and we're heading home. We had trouble with my Ford Explorer. Took it to World Ford. Daniel Blocker took very good care of my friends and me. We received excellent service at World Ford!! We were able to get back on the road home the same day.
