Had an incorrect diagnostic concerning vibration in the front end yr and a half ago where the Ford tech advised it was a tire issue and to drive it until I needed new tires. Fast forward to today, vibration was getting worse and took it back to the Ford dealer who said it was a CV axle x 2 , they replaced both front and the car now drives like a dream.....vibration gone. Great job but wish it had been correctly diagnosed in the beginning.....

RecommendedListen, when you walk into world ford, make sure Kyle B takes care of you. Seriously. I went into World Ford 3 times before I pulled the trigger on the truck I wanted. Today he follows up with another Congrats text. I have never ever had a better car buying experience. I can’t thank him or World Ford enough!!!!!

Worst communications ever. Do not believe what their "Safety Inspection checklist" says either. I have an 09 ford ranger that was subject to an airbag infiltrator safety recall. I got my first notice in the mail around November of 2017, notifying me not to carry passengers on the front seat (big deal for me since I have a pregnant wife, and was not able to take her anywhere in my car) and to wait for further notice about parts availability for replacement at my local dealer. ...Continue Reading
Went in for a part recall notice, oil change and paint/body maintenance. Michelle was able to get me in and out in one day!
Purchased my 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid here and get my car serviced here as well. I’ve always had a great experience here. The sales reps and service techs always go above and beyond to take care of us. Highly recommend World Ford of Pensacola!

World Ford of Pensacola was absolutely fabulous! Our car broke down and they were able to get the car fixed before our move this weekend. Tim Schmuck was our service agent and he was very professional, friendly, and courteous. He kept us well informed with updates on our vehicle and worked with us and the mechanics to expedite the repairs. When our car broke down the rear passenger side window was down and wouldnt go back up. It was suppose to rain so he made sure the vehicle was properly covered to make sure no water damage... read more
