This is the second time I've had my Ford Fusion that I bought from World Ford in for repairs and both times I made appointments that were not kept, by them. The second time was for recall work that should have taken 3 hours but they kept it for 2 days.
My service was excellent! The shuttle service was awesome. Everyone was helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend World Ford Service to all!�

I had an amazing experience at world ford! After shopping around at several dealerships, I inquired about a car at world ford and Aaron was very prompt to reach out to me, but was not pushy. My most recent and past visits to World Ford has been disappointing. I can't tell you how many oil changes I got and the service technician found one way or another to do a poor job. They kept me as a customer by offering future oil change at no charge. Like any one would do; why turn down something when you can get it for free. I have a Ford F150 and a Shelby GT500.
