Great experience with my F-150 purchase. My sales associate Michael Hill was very patient in letting me take the amount of time that I needed to make a decision. After I decided on the truck, Bob Smith, the used car manager gave me an outstanding proposal. From the greeting to closing in F&I it was a great experience.
I have had a couple issues in the past but World Ford service has always worked out a positive resolution. Thanks to Brian in service for his honest and positive help. A big thanks to Jimmy their driver; he is always on top of his job and does a great job at what he does.

Today was my first visit to the World Ford Service Department after using another Ford dealership for the last 3 years. It was like night & day. Service Advisor Tim greeted me with a big smile & welcome. I had also made an appointment with Kyle to look at the new EcoSport. It was very similar to my 2014 Escape, but the cargo area was much smaller. I found the people with whom I came in contact to be very friendly, helpful & professional. I'm looking forward to the next time my car needs service.

Fast friendly service and hot coffee. They check your vehicle to make sure everything is functioning properly and let you know what parts need to be fixed or replaced. My truck is 11 years old and I appreciate someone letting me know what’s starting to show signs of ware!!

Absolutely unacceptable customer service from the service manager. Lack of communication with multiple employees leading to an extended service appointment . When addressing my concerns with the service manager his response was “it happens , we are not tire experts “ ....he should have gotten up from his desk and went to check on my car instead of making lame excuses .
