I have a 2013 Escape. It's 90 plus degrees outside and my a/c started blowing hot air, and you can't turn it off. I took it to Precision Tune for an oil change and asked them to check it out. They put it on the diagnostic machine, free of charge, and told me that the a/c isn't communicating with the module. They said Ford had an update for it and if I took it to the dealership, they should be able to fix it for free. I made an appointment for Saturday morning at 10:00. I told Jerry the situation. I'm super happy with the service at World Ford. I dropped off my Fusion so they could take care of 3 different recalls. They were done with everything in a few hours. I was impressed that dropping it off & picking it up were hassle free. I like things to go smooth - they were great!
