Took my Escape for a oil change and they found a leak and I couldn't drive it part was on back order a month! Ughhh! Hated my rental vehicle but wonder of wonders the part came in early and a week after I have my vehicle back.
Great experience knowledgable sales provided a comfortable non pushy sales experience. Sale's team listened to the customer and were transparent, patient, and did a overall awesome job throughout the process. World Ford sales provided a valuable sales experience to the customer.
USAA recommended World peninsula Ford dealership through their car buying service. I received a phone call from Kyle, and wanted to know what color , so I told him. I know a color on my lot that you might be interested in so after about 15 minutes he sent me a picture in a text and I actually liked it. Then I told him what price I wanted. I have no issues with the work done to my vehicle. You schedule an appointment online and then it gets "lost." I always have to wait at least 2 hours for an oil change when I can go somewhere else to have it done in 30 min. I have to stay with Ford for now because of the type of oil used for my vehicle. It costs twice as much as everywhere else. When I left, they didn't give me my keys back. I had to walk back to the service area to retrieve them.
