Great service today. In and out in a reasonable amount of time.
We initially had a communication issue until the general manager addressed the issue and it was resolved with care. This would have been 5 stars had they continued with better communication. Other than that, we are happy customers with the service overall and a great thanks for the GM for reaching out and taking care of the situation. Thanks!
Jerry and the entire team worked hard to get our transmission issues repaired quickly when our car broke down while on vacation. We couldn’t be more pleased!

This was the first time that I had my F150 serviced at World Ford. I was greeted with a smile and every one was pleasant. When it came time to pay they accepted the coupon I had. I don't live in the Pensacola area and have tried other Ford service departments, and World Ford is the best making my drive worth it. All the work was done on time and correctly.

Second time I’ve tried to get my 2016 Ford Focus transmission checked. Dropped it off at 8 am. No communication from Michelle, my consultant. Called just before 4, left her a vm. No response. Call courtesy shuttle to pick me up from work. Get to the dealership, they’ve not touched my car. First time I scheduled an appt, they changed the time from 8am to 7 am on a Saturday without notifying me. It’s like they are trying to avoid servicing the defective equipment in this car. I received a quick appointment for a ruteen service of oil and filter replacement with tire rotation . The car was checked and finished on time and budget. No fuss no muss. I'm one happy Ford owner. I recommend World Ford to anyone.
