Everyone is friendly and helpful, it easy to get in and out in a timely manner. The Service staff are exceptional and are so fast and efficient, the great people working at World Ford have taken care of my F150 since September 27th, 2014 when I took delivery and they will continue to do so. I recommend the service department at world ford.i am ase certified master tech in Pensacola . when I purchased my car I also purchased an extended warranty. I have taken my mustang to world Ford for a few issues .the service department has been completely honest with me about possible charges associated with my warranty. they have also performed great repairs as if I were doing it myself . Love the product but service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Completely unprofessional & unorganized.
Went for 10k service without appointment and Kim got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Look forward to working with Kim on my next visit.
I like World Ford they take appointments and they keep them the prices are no more than other shops and I get Ford parts and expertise my service writer Brian makes sure my requests are all handled
