Excellent service. I was taken in right away for my appointment and the work was completed in a timely manner since I had to wait. They were very organized and efficient. They even provided refreshments while you waited.

Dan Blocker is great. Always explains what needs to be repaired or replaced. If it’s an insurance issue explains what procedures has to be done to accomplished this. Will always use World Ford!

I just want to say Thank you to the service department at World Ford Pensacola for the fast service and working me in to get my issue fixed since I drive over from Orange Beach Alabama this morning. Dan in the service department was very nice and helpful and kept me updated on what was going on with the repair. The fact he even took me into the shop to see the part that had failed I really appreciate that. If I am ever back in Pensacola or the area World Ford will get my business again.
