Great dealership and service department. Have purchased two Explorers from World Ford and have always felt they treated my wife and I like we were their only customers. I also take my 1997 F150 there for service and repairs. Our service advisor Dan Blocker is second to none. Outstanding professionalism and caring attitude set him above others. I had an appointment, got there on time and they completed the service of my truck in a timely manner. My experience at world ford pensacola was a good one.
