Scheduled appointment on line it worked well. However, just learned if you don't wait they don't take your car based on when it came in. You get pushed back. Not so happy about that. Disappointed they no longer vacuum and wash car before returning.

I purchased a 2016 Ford f350 brand new in October 2016 from Mac Haik Ford, Georgetown, TX. As part of the purchase, the dealer had a sunroof installed (more on that later). Took my 2014 F-150 in for routine oil change and checkup. Purchased my F-150 new from here and have done all my maintenance at World Ford. Everytime I have been treated outstanding including this last trip. Dan Blocker was excellent and appreciative of my business.

This review is based on my recent purchase only. My salesperson did everything I expected him to do. Five Stars for that guy. The facility seemed cluttered in various areas which to me indicates a lack of attention to detail and a direct reflection of World Ford as a whole.
