The service department was top notch! They were all extremely polite, efficient, informative, and knowledgeable about every aspect of the repair needed to my truck! No hard sale or "up sale"... Everything was explained and detailed and very understandable!
Marco was our salesman and he was so great to work with! The whole team there was so friendly and accommodating to me and my wild children 😆 Couldn’t be happier with our new vehicle! We will be back!

Brandy is always so sweet and fast at getting you set up. She makes sure you are getting the service you need. We took the shuttle and the two men that drove us back and forth were so sweet. They talked to me and my daughter the whole time. It was suppose to take 3-4 hours to service my car but in an hour and a half they were done. I have absolutely no complaints at all about the service I received today. Thank you so much.

Every time that I go to Ford the people are kind and their service people explains everything that has to be done to your car. If you are waiting they have a very nice waiting area, Ford also have a shuttle to take you home if needed. I only deal with Ford for my vehicle here in Pensacola Florida Car City!!!

The service lady was very nice despite my ire. I had two letters sent to my house about customer satisfaction warranty work that needed to be done. One was for a carbon monoxide leak into the car and one was for the front door panels coming apart. So I call and make an appointment, and was told it a 3 hour fix. Great I can wait while it's done or have them give me a shuttle ride. I get there and they tell me it's going to take untill the next day to repair it. So give me a rental or loaner. Tim was great! I called 2 days ago and had our broke down excursion towed in after it had already spent a week in a half at a diesel shop! World ford had it figured out and fixed in 2 days!! & very reasonable pricing!! Thank you all so much!
