Engine light came on in my 2017 F-250, NOX sensor. They fixed. No problem , No charges. Took 2 and a half hour.

I just bought a Ford Expedition and I am extremely pleased with my experience. I had an awesome sales person( Deana Kahiapo) who made me very comfortable thru the entire process and everyone was friendly. I want to recommend WorldFord to anyone who wants a vehicle.
Service was 5 star. Brandy Wells took care of me like i had been a friend of hers forever. Met and exceeded all expectations. Much better service than I've had at other Ford dealers
They did a fine job on everything. It took a little longer then usual but Brain kept me inform. They had to get some parts. But overall it was excellent service. Thank you.
World ford Pensacola has saved my car once again !!!! Dan in the service department is beyond awesome � He stayed on my Warenty company and got me what we needed and gave me updates daily and was able to get my car fixed and back to me ASAP......thank you so much Dan and world ford ,,,,,,,,,���

54 one star reviews should tell you something. Service Department is ripping people off and service advisors are over charging on repair estimate. Go anywhere else for vehicle service out of warranty. I bought my F350 new from them. As soon as warranty ran out it was diagnosed to have multiple issues recommended be fixed. None of these issues were identified when it was under warranty. I've brought it in twice to have the 4x4 repaired because the auto engage quit working. So I took my truck in to have some warranty work done after being told be a unnamed Chevrolet dealership that my truck couldn't be covered by my bad warranty company not only did they get it covered at World Ford I also got a free rental while they had my truck . Big thanks to Brandy Wells for making this a easy worry free experience.

I took my truck in because my 2015 f150 automatic locking tailgate wasn’t locking when I locked my truck. I set up an appointment for Saturday at 9 and they immediately took it back and got to work. It was only 30 minutes when they told me there was a recall on the part and that they would call me as soon as it came in. Tuesday at lunch time they called me to let me know parts were in and I told them I would be back by after work. I was only there for 30-45 minutes and they were done with my truck.
