Had a great experience with World Ford and some of the staff this morning. Had to return my car for a follow up to check on a warning light for service. Michelle Hamblin remembered me from earlier in the week, took immediate control of the situation, and had the issue resolved in less than 30 minutes. Even got offered a FREE oil change on my next visit! While waiting, "Sleepy" stopped by to check on me and was so hospitable. Kudos World Ford and staff for great auto and customer service!

So far I’m very pleased with World Ford, I drive 3 Ford vehicles; ‘13 Mustang, ‘15 Explorer, ‘16 F-150. This past week I have had all three serviced, which was interesting to say the least. Everyone in the service department was very attentive and professional. My only criticism would be that the call / appointment center seems to be disconnected from the service advisors. I think if customers were instructed to enter the Bay and wait in the vehicle until an advise meets them and checks them in.
V in pre owned got my best friend a killer deal on a certified 2015 Focus ST! The buying and financing process was very easy and he got a super good deal on the car. I’d like to thank World Ford for getting him into a very fun and fast car with low miles and a warranty for a super deal. Next time I need a new truck I’ll be at World Ford!
30 Dec took vehicle in for service. Oil change and general inspection. Service advisor (Brian Goolsby) said the brakes front 2mm- backs 4mm. Showed me the chart - I wanted the brakes changed. Came back a couple hours later to get brakes replaced. While waiting received a call. Calipers needed replaced and rotors needed replaced. Less than 10 minutes later. Another call. Two Months and counting to replace a fender on a Ford Taurus with No progress reports and outright Lies about when it will be ready when I stop in to get updates..( Placed Blame on Insurance Company for delays, Yet they have been paid in full for quoted work along with supplements...)..... Beautiful Body shop building with my Car in it with ALL of my parts resting against my car and Not a person in sight working on Anything at 10:00 AM the day I insisted on seeing it.......... Appears to be severely understaffed.

Mr. Roy, it’s unfortunate that it is taking this long for the insurance company to determine whether to authorize the repair the vehicle or declare it a total loss. I am sorry but we cannot order the sheetmetal parts until the insurance company approved the repair. These repairs were not only to the fender but to fix internal damage.
