I had a appointment at 9:45 they started my truck at 11 o'clock did not get out to 1130 just for a or change the service personnel was rude scale of 1 to 5 would be a -5 I do not know how people operate that way

Made an appointment for 10:45 to have problem diagnosed before authorizing service. At noon they still hadn't looked at the car. I finally decided to leave it and have them drive me to pick up a rental car. It is now 11 AM the day after and they still haven't given me the results of the diagnosis or an estimate of repairs. As far as I know they still haven't touched it.

The service department was very busy when my 2013 Focus was towed in but thy were able to get it into the shop relatively quickly. However I had to wait about two hours to get ride home in their shuttle which had I not been in my sweats having not taken a shower yet or having eaten breakfast wouldn't have been so bad. But thankfully I'm getting my car back tonight after being without it for 24 hours.

First thing, is this is my very first poor review of ANY business being I have personally been in the mechanical business for over 20 years in Pensacola. I am not happy writing this, however, it is necessary so that others with some level of mechanical ability do not get taken as I did. I had my F-350 taken to World Ford by tow truck as it was having a "No-Start" issue.
