Wanted to say a HUGE thank u to Brandy Watts in the service department for always being so helpful and friendly when I would come in!
I made an appointment and came in to this location because the AC system in my 2016 mustang went out. I also came to have my cabin/air filter replaced, which should have been done when I came to get my oil change last month. Once I arrived, I explained why I came in. Before offering to help or assess the situation with my vehicle, I was told, “It will take a while. We’re backed up from yesterday.” I felt as this was very rude. I have an appointment for a reason. There is a consistent message here in these reviews: World Ford does a great job selling you a vehicle but couldn' care less about helping you maintain it. Twice in the past 6 months we have had to pick up our Mustang after leaving it there for days, and not having the service department get to it. Extremely rude treatment from service writers. I had a great experience buying my first TRUCK at World Ford. I've always had cars and then an SUV, but I've always wanted a truck. I finally found MY TRUCK! Thank you, Luke Webb! Y'all go see him if you are looking for a new or used car, truck or suv.
The staff was friendly and courteous. I was in for an air bag recall on my 05 Mustang with no appointment and received very prompt service.
I bought a Ford Edge at a dealership in Mississippi and did not have the door code. Brandy got it for me. She was a delight. She got the code for at no charge. Thank you Brandy and World Ford.
UPDATE: World Ford will fix the things that weren't done properly the first time on their dime as well as the old change that I requested. That does make me feel better. In Nov 2015 I had my car taken to World Ford Collision for repairs after a collision. The cost exceeded the original estimate significantly, and my vehicle was in the shop for over a month because of "difficulty in finding parts" for a 2 year old Ford product.
